Adam Brewer

Lead Pastor

Adam Brewer

Role: Dr. Adam Brewer serves as the Lead Pastor of Glory Fellowship, guiding the church’s vision and preaching weekly Bible-centered messages. His goal is to foster a community of disciples who are dedicated to living out the gospel in their everyday lives.

Background: Dr. Brewer brings a wealth of theological knowledge, holding degrees in Business Management, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry. His extensive experience includes leading small discipleship groups and helping the church grow spiritually and in mission.

Personal Touch: Outside of church, Adam enjoys family time with his wife, Lindsay, and their two sons, Timothy and Nathan. He’s also a sports enthusiast, particularly dedicated to Alabama basketball.

Philip Williams

Student Pastor

Philip WIlliams

Role: Philip leads the Glory Students ministry, focusing on empowering students to develop a strong, personal faith foundation. He encourages students to take ownership of their spiritual journey and prepares them to navigate life with a God-centered perspective.

Background: With over a decade in public education, Philip transitioned to youth ministry, bringing experience that supports his passion for youth discipleship. He’s currently advancing his theological education to deepen his ministry impact.

Personal Vision: Philip and his wife, Megan, along with their three children, are devoted to fostering a faith community among students.

Randy Stracner

Worship and Families Pastor

Randy Stracner

Role: Randy leads both worship and family ministries, bringing a heart for praise and fellowship to the Glory Fellowship community. His goal is to create a worship experience that prepares hearts to receive God’s Word and supports families in their faith journeys.

Background: With a background in education as a teacher and coach, Randy brings valuable experience in leadership and community-building. His commitment extends to new families, helping them connect and grow within the church.

Connection: Randy and his wife, Amy, enjoy family time with their children and grandchildren.

Michelle Howell

Director of Children's Ministry

Michelle Howell

Role: As the Director of Children’s Ministry, Michelle leads Glory Kids, ensuring children receive foundational Bible teaching in a nurturing, engaging environment.

Background: Michelle brings experience from roles in education, administration, and youth coaching, which enriches her approach to guiding children’s spiritual growth.

Mission: Michelle and her family are dedicated to providing opportunities for children to hear the gospel, supporting both kids and their families in a faith-centered community.

Church Secretary

Tammy McCain

Role: Tammy plays an essential role in church administration, overseeing daily activities and supporting the church’s organizational needs. Her warm, welcoming presence is felt by everyone who visits or contacts the church.

Background: With a background in business and office management, Tammy brings both professionalism and kindness to her role. She is also active in teaching with the Women of Glory ministry.

Personal Contribution: Tammy, her husband Randy, and their extended family are committed members of the Glory Fellowship community.
