Prayer Focus: In our social-media saturated society, honestly and humbly evaluate your addiction to your phone or TV. Ask the Lord to show you what it is doing to your mind, emotions, relationships, and soul. Confess any sin associated with these areas. Pray and put accountable boundaries in place to free you from these addictions.
